1/2 scraped Coconut
1 cup Flour
Salt
Astra
Warm water
සාදාගන්නා ආකාරය
Take a bowl and add flour, scraped coconut, Astra, and salt. Mix well.
Gradually add warm water little by little and knead to form a dough.
Divide the dough into small portions and shape them into round discs (or any shape you prefer).
Cook the rotis on a hot pan until it turns golden brown on both sides.
Serve with potato fry.
